Instructions

Dosage: The usual dose is 20 mg, taken before sexual intercourse. If the effect is insufficient and the medication is well tolerated, the dose can be increased to 40 mg (maximum single dose). If adverse reactions occur, the dose can be reduced to 5 mg.
Time of use: Take 30 minutes to 12 hours before sexual intercourse (Tadalafil has a long half-life and a wide window of action, so strict timing is not necessary).
Frequency: Dosage should be limited to once daily. Avoid overdose.

Dose: Fixed dose of 5 mg once daily;

3. Dosage Adjustment for Special Populations
Elderly patients (>65 years): The recommended starting dose is 5 mg for as-needed use; no dose adjustment is required for once-daily use.
Moderate hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh class B): Maximum dose is 10 mg, taken no more than once every 48 hours.
Mild to moderate renal impairment: No dose adjustment is required. Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <30 ml/min): As-needed use is not recommended; the once-daily dose should be reduced to 2.5 mg.
