[Ingredients]
• Sildenafil is used to treat erectile dysfunction. This medication is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. Oral administration can effectively improve the quality and duration of erections, increasing the success rate of sexual intercourse in men with erectile dysfunction. The initiation and maintenance of penile erections are related to the relaxation of corpus cavernosum smooth muscle cells, and cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) is a mediator of this relaxation.
• Dapoxetine is a new, fast-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) with a short half-life, used to treat premature ejaculation in men.

[Duration of Effect] Sildenafil lasts for 8-10 hours or longer, while dapoxetine lasts for 16-18 hours or longer. [Storage] Store in a cool, dry place.

[Dosage]
• Take 0.5-1 tablet 60 minutes before sex.
• Take each dose approximately 2 hours beforehand, with at least 500ml of water.
• Take with brown sugar water or a sugary drink to reduce side effects.
• For first-time users, take half a tablet each time for the first two times. You can adjust the dosage based on your results or temporary side effects, but do not exceed one tablet.
• If your first intercourse typically takes less than 2-3 minutes, it's recommended to concentrate on the second intercourse. Pausing and controlling ejaculation during rapid ejaculation can maximize its effectiveness.

• Contraindicated in combination with NO donors (such as any short-acting or long-acting nitrates) and nitrate medications.
• Contraindicated in patients with myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, arrhythmias, hypotension (<90/50 mmHg), or refractory hypertension within the past 90 days.
• Contraindicated in women, breastfeeding women, minors, and those over 60 years old.
• Contraindicated in combination with other medications.
• Contraindicated in patients with drug allergies.
